Apartment Description
Snowflake 12 is a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment ideal for families and small groups. Our warm and cosy apartment has a full kitchen, open plan living. The master bedroom overlooks distant mountain ranges and the living area has distant glimpses of Bourke St ski field run.
The apartment sleeps 6 guests comfortably and is a 5 minute walk to the village or a stone’s throw to Lydia’s chair lift. The free shuttle bus stops right at the front entrance.

Guest access
Stirling Road is a quiet, tree-lined street (away from the noisy snowmaking guns). There’s an Italian restaurant and bar and other eateries nearby.
Winter/spring
Please note that there is no parking available for guests in winter. Vehicle access is restricted across the whole of the Mt Buller alpine village, therefore visitors are not allowed to drive private cars into the vicinity. The overnight car parks are located 2-4km before the village. Guests can then transfer to their accommodation via the rideshare or by private taxi. See the Mt Buller website for more information.
Summer/autumn
During summer, visitors can drive to the Village. Unreserved off-street free parking is available on a ‘first in’ basis at the base of the Snowflake apartment building. There’s also plenty of roadside parking, subject to the local regulations.
Other things to note
- During winter there is a government resort entry fee. Please visit the Mt Buller website for more information on parking and resort entry.
- Parking in summer only. There is no dedicated parking spot with this listing during the winter snow season.
- The apartment is located on the second floor, there is no elevator.
- Linen and towels are provided.
- Coin operated common laundry one floor above and below.

Full refund if booking is cancelled:
- within 48 hours of booking.
- at least 14 days before check-in.

- Check-in after 3 pm
- Checkout before 10 am
- Self check-in with keypad

You’ll be staying in someone’s home, so please treat it with care and respect.
During your stay
- 6 guests maximum
- No pets
- Quiet hours are 7 am – 10 pm
- No loud music, parties or events
- No smoking (only permitted on the balcony, please use ashtray provided)
- No boots or shoes inside (carpeted areas)
