The Space

Our super cute and family-friendly retreat in East Albury has a splash of elegance with a cosy and inviting ambiance. Suitable for couples, families and workers, the 3 bedroom house is located just 2km (4 minute drive) from the Albury Base Hospital and a convenient 5 minute drive to Albury’s CBD and Dean Street.

The light-filled home has three bedrooms and sleeps 5 guests comfortably with a trundle bed for an extra 6th guest: there’s a queen bed in the main bedroom, a double bed in the second, and a single bed with a trundle in the third room. If your number of guests exceeds 5 and you require the trundle bed during your stay, just let us know, and we’ll have an extra set of single bed linen ready for you. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and tub for relaxation.

The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for easy meal preparation, including a generous supply of crockery, cutlery, pots, and pans. Gather in the spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, where you can unwind and enjoy each other’s company or relax and watch Netflix on the smart TV. Explore the outdoor dining and patio area, complete with gazebo overlooking Albury’s cityscape, stunning sunsets and twinkling evening lights.

For your comfort, the house is equipped with evaporative cooling and ducted heating throughout, as well as a split system air conditioner unit in the living area, ensuring a pleasant stay no matter the season. Keep your clothes clean and fresh with the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Fresh linen and towels are provided, so you can travel light without the hassle of extra luggage. Parking is convenient, with space for two cars in the front driveway, and ample street parking available due to the property’s location at the end of a no-through road.

Booking Policy

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Full refund if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of making the booking.
  • 50% refund if cancelled more than 28 days before arrival.
  • No refund if cancelled within 28 days of arrival.

Please note: In some cases, it may be possible to move the booking to different dates, depending on the season and availability. Additional charges may apply.

Before you Book - Important Guest Policy

Please select the correct number of guests when booking. Additional guests not included may incur extra charges. Guest numbers are verified at check-in, as accurate counts ensure fairness and keep our business sustainable. All ages (except infants/babies) are considered countable guests. Thank you for your understanding.

You’ll be staying in someone’s home, so please treat it with care and respect.

During your stay

  • 6 guests maximum
  • No pets
  • Quiet hours are 7 am – 10 pm
  • No loud music, parties or events
  • No smoking (only permitted on the balcony, please use ashtray provided)
  • No boots or shoes inside (carpeted areas)

Before you leave

  • Gather used towels
  • Throw rubbish away
  • Turn off all applicances

Parking

There is driveway space for two parked cars, one under the cover of a shade sail. Please note, the enclosed garage is not suitable for a vehicle and is used for owners’ storage.
